1Our Commitment

Soarware Labs Inc., which operates Golf SimPass, wants everyone to be able to find a venue, book a bay and follow their game. Our goal is for Golf SimPass to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

We treat an accessibility barrier as a bug. If something on Golf SimPass stops you from doing what you came to do, tell us and we will fix it or help you another way.

2What This Covers

This statement covers:

  • golfsimpass.com;
  • venue pages and booking pages that Golf SimPass hosts, including on a venue’s own web address;
  • the Golf SimPass booking widget that venues place on their own websites; and
  • the Golf SimPass app for iOS and Android.

It does not cover the rest of a venue’s own website, the payment pages run by Stripe and Square, the sign-in screens run by Apple and Google, or a venue’s premises.

3How We Work Towards It

We build pages with standard HTML elements, give controls text labels, support keyboard use with a visible focus outline, and give meaningful images text alternatives. Our sign-in check against automated abuse runs in the background, so there is no picture puzzle to solve. In the app, buttons and checkboxes carry labels and roles for VoiceOver and TalkBack.

4Known Limitations

We know about these gaps:

  • Form labels. Some fields on the account, gift card, league and booking pages show a visible label that is not yet linked to its field in the code, so some screen readers may not read the label out. We plan to fix this by 31 March 2027.
  • Skip link. Our pages do not yet have a “Skip to main content” link, so keyboard users must tab through the header first.
  • Venue content. Photos, descriptions, league rules and other content are written by each venue and may not have text alternatives or clear headings.
  • Third-party pages. Payments are completed on Stripe’s or Square’s pages, and Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google use those companies’ screens. Maps open in Google Maps.
  • Venue premises. A venue may list “Wheelchair accessible” among its amenities. That is the venue’s own statement; contact the venue to check before you visit.

5Need Help Making a Booking?

If a barrier stops you from booking, phone or email the venue using the details on its page, or contact us. We will work with the venue to complete the booking for you.

6Report a Barrier

Tell us about any barrier you find:

It helps to include the page or app screen, what you were trying to do, what happened, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use. On request, we will send any of our legal pages, including this one, as plain text by email.

7Response Time

We aim to acknowledge your report within 2 business days, and within 10 business days to reply with a fix, a workaround, or a timeline for the remaining work.

8About This Statement

This statement was prepared on 30 October 2026, after our team reviewed the website’s pages and code. We will update it as we fix the limitations above.
